At Mega Store Builders, we handle all the lease negotiations so you can concentrate on making your dreams come true. We have our own in-house real estate department — we do not work for commission; our only concern is negotiating the best lease terms for YOU.
Our experienced Leasing Managers have each negotiated over 100 retail lease agreements and negotiate over 40 retail lease agreements EVERY YEAR.
We know what to look for and what to avoid in a lease agreement. We negotiate for over 17 critical provisions in every lease, all designed to protect YOU and save you money — For example, we make sure the restrooms are ADA compliant — if not, we have the landlord make them so — if you sign a lease and later find the restrooms are noncompliant, that can cost YOU $10,000 – $15,000 to retrofit them.
When negotiations are complete, we review each point of the lease agreement with you to ensure all agreed-upon terms are present in the lease and the lease language is understood.
